I started posting last year
it seems like a good way to start the week
for the next little while
personally, I don't tire of windows

it's cut, hemmed, washed
and hanging out to dry now

it's been an unexpected break

the new year caught me by surprise

my compass wasn't set yet

and now here we are in April

compass or not though

I feel like the time has come

to set sail and see where we end up

it could be anywhere

but I'm hoping it's somewhere lovely
